Had an amazing stay at Zody House! The location near the Old Quarter was super convenient for walking around the city. The apartment had a beautiful balcony with stunning views, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Spacious room felt really comfortable, and I appreciated having a washing machine on the rooftop—it made packing so much easier. The kitchen was well equipped, and parking was hassle-free, which is a big plus. I did notice that the WiFi could be a bit unstable at times, which made streaming difficult. Also, some early morning noises from animals were a tad annoying but manageable. Despite the minor glitches, the overall experience was delightful!

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but the staff ghosted us like we were invisible, it’s just rude! also, the shower head was leaking and flooding the floor—seriously? as someone who deserves special treatment, i was shocked not to be upgraded or given anything complimentary after all that, very disappointing.

The apartment was very clean when I entered.
Room cleansing was not done effectively during my stay. Additionally, I found there were times when towels weren't changed and basic supplies like soap and toilet paper were missing. It was particularly disappointing that the staff seemed unapproachable, which left me feeling neglected.

Amazing stay with fantastic views!
We stayed for 4 nights in a nice apartment with a balcony that was perfect for morning coffee and those gorgeous sunsets! The host was super friendly and helpful. Just wish there were more dining options nearby, and the WiFi was a bit weak at times. Still, a really comfy spot to relax after exploring Hanoi!
